It does not need to be notarized. Just completed. This provides families the person they trust educational and medical rights for their children in case they need to implement plan.
Spanish Dual Language Program Fair Avenue ES has been approved to implement the Spanish/English Two-way Immersion Dual Language Program beginning this August.The New Dual language education program will be added to the choices brochure via an insert so that parents can apply staring on February 1, 2024.We will be opening the Spanish Dual language program with Kindergarten this August 2024.
